Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant TATYOU a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.
TATYOU retains all rights to its software, branding, and platform content.

9. Termination

TATYOU may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct

Users may delete their account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties.
TATYOU is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
In no event will TATYOU's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to TATYOU in the past 12 months.

TATYOU is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to, the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any tattoo services booked through the Service. All tattoo services are provided solely by independent artists, and any disputes or dissatisfaction regarding such services must be resolved directly between the artist and the client.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the app or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
